About Us: Spring Housing Association
Spring Housing Association is a charitable organisation dedicated to supporting individuals and families across the West Midlands who are in need of accommodation and tenancy related support.
Spring Housing Association is a subsidiary of St Anne’s Hostel – RP
We work in partnership with the private rented sector and housing associations to deliver both general needs and specialist housing solutions for those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Our services support a wide range of people, including:
- Single homeless individuals
- Homeless families
- Refugees
- Rough sleepers
- Young people
- Survivors of modern slavery
- People with no recourse to public funds
What We Do
We provide a wide range of person-centred services aimed at helping people to obtain, maintain, and sustain accommodation over the long term. Our housing offer includes supported and affordable housing, tailored to meet the specific needs of individuals and families.

- Staffordshire
