The Spring 22 Community Hub is a purpose built, modern community centre packed with activities, equipment and ideas to help with your creative & learning aspirations, and to support you in progressing your life in ways you want.
No prior experience is needed to access our activities and your membership is free!
We have a simple membership form to complete and we’ll chat with you about what you want and tell you what we can offer.

We have a small staff team to help you develop new skills or interests, or rediscover old ones. They can help with common living challenges like budgeting, finding accommodation of your own, all aspects of job hunting, and so on.
We also have a new range of well-being activities designed to help you through Lockdown and beyond. Activities we’ve offered face to face in the past have had to change because of the Covid related constraints we’re all coping with. The current situation is putting pressure on us all, whether it be to exercise, maintain or improve mental health, isolation and loneliness, shopping or just finding interesting things to help fill the time.
There’s still lots we can offer you and we’re very happy to consider your own ideas. Let’s talk, but meanwhile here are just some examples:
Learn how to express yourself with a digital camera, learn the basics of digital video & editing, introduce yourself to Social Media, set up a YouTube or Instagram channel, learn the foundations of coding, get access to a laptop or tablet, understand the good/bad of self-employment, learn foundation computer skills to achieve what you want, apply for Universal Credit online, with help if you need it, improve your chances making an online housing application, consider you finances and improve budgeting, grow some pants and veggies from scratch, have a go at drawing, painting and other arts activities, make a fresh Pizza from scratch!
Check the Spring 22 menus at the top of the page for specific and recommended online activities you can access for free with just a click. One of our team can also assist you to work through any learning video you find there, if needed. Your call. Email us: hubinfo@springhousing.org.uk
Become a member to get access to all of our activities & equipment, plus personal support if needed. Join up yourself or if you’re a Spring Housing tenant then ask your housing or support worker to do it for you (especially if you currently lack access to a computer or need some training to use one). We also welcome members of the community who don’t live in Spring Housing accommodation.
